Peer-Review Policies

Ácoma is a peer-reviewed journal. It publishes unsolicited articles in addition to those commissioned by the editorial board. All submissions – both solicited and unsolicited – are subject to double-blind refereeing by two or more reviewers. Occasionally, the editorial board reserves the right to publish solicited contributions by well-known international authors without submitting them to the peer review process. These cases will be duly acknowledged. Self-identifying citations or references in the article text and notes should be avoided.
The reviewers’ reports will be transmitted to the author within 120 days from the date of submission. Articles submitted for publication must be sent as an e-mail attachment to Submissions by any other means will not be considered.
